Our Policies

Welcome to chapter37! We hope you will find everything to your liking and visit again soon! We are always available to answer questions, or to help in anyway. Please contact us for any assistance needed. The following information outlines our purchasing policies. 

1. All orders will be shipped within 3 days of purchase. Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.


2. Your satisfaction in your purchase is important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it. Chapter37 will not cover the cost of return shipping, but will issue a full refund for the returned item. If the item is returned in used or damaged condition, we are not responsible for refunding the purchase.


3. Headbands sales are final. Due to hygiene. we will not accept returns on headbands. Please note, headbands are intentionally made slightly large to comfortably fit an adult woman's head. Please use the listing measurement to determine if the size will work for you. We do accept custom orders, and would be able to make a smaller size for you. This request must be made at check out, so that we can insure the correct size is mailed to you.


4. We are happy to serve our international friends. Please note, shipping costs are higher for international orders and cannot be tracked. 


5. All orders are shipped first class. We are happy to expedite shipping, however the buyer is responsible for extra shipping costs. The item will not be shipped until the extra shipping costs have been paid.


6. Home decor items are described as specifically as possible. Please note, home decor items are either found, re-imagined or made from scratch. Small defects are to be expected, and will be described in the item's description. 


7. No item in this shop is intended for consumption or for use by children.
